After the success of the previous season when they were undefeated champions, the U17’s were promoted to the PJYL Division One. Not suprisingly they found this a much harder challenge but, even so, managed to top the league for several weeks early in the season before eventually finishing in a very creditable 4th place. The team also made it to the final of the PJYL U17 Sub Cup only losing in extra time to a very strong Norton United side. Ali was top scorer just beating Scott by one goal. The side also went on a successful tour of Malta which proved a good team building exercise.

The U14’s did well in their first season in the PJYL finishing mid table in 6th position in Division 2. They also managed some good results in cup competitions, getting to the quarter final of the sub cup. Levi was again top scorer with an amazing 28 goals during the season.

We were also pleased to introduce an U8’s team during the season who took part in the Alex Soccer Centre mini league playing friendly matches as per FA rules. They will continue as U8’s next season as they continue to strengthen their squad.
