                            Sunday 25th May
The U8’s took part in a World Cup tournament at the Alex Soccer Centre today, playing as Portugal they did really well to win all their group games but unfortunately were knocked out at the semi-final stage, well done boys.

The U17’s put up a valiant fight today in their Sub Cup Final against Norton United, pushing the tie into extra time before finally succumbing 4-1, the boys can all be very proud of their performance.

The U17’s lost 6-2 to top of the table Norton United today, Ally got both of the goals in a good performance despite the result.
                            Saturday 19th April

We have been advised that our opponents in the U17’s sub cup have changed for our match this coming Sunday. We will now be away against Hem Heath at Stone Domino’s ground, kick off 10.30am. We understand that Mow Cop had appealed against Hem Heath fielding an ineligible player in their earlier fixture and as a result they have now been placed back in the main cup competition.
                            Sunday 6th April
The U17’s lost 4-1 to Meir KA, Robbie scoring our only goal in a good display against a very strong side. Sunday 16th March
Both the U17’s and U8’s won today to round off a great weekend for us with all our teams winning. The U17’s beat Leek Town Predators 1-0 with a well fought victory, Matty getting the winning goal and the U8’s won 5-0 in their first game in a stronger League. The goals were scored by Kane, Leo and Tommy with Jamie getting two. However, the goalie Harry was Man of the Match, he did really well to keep another clean sheet.
                            Saturday 15th March

Our sides didn’t have a great weekend. The U17’s got a very creditable 1-1 draw against Madeley White Star in a match that we were down to 10 men for all of the second half after a very soft sending off. The U14’s crashed out of the League Cup losing 8-0 to Inter Eccleshall from the division above them and the U8’s lost 5-3 with Kane getting two of the goals and also being named Man of the Match.
                            Sunday 2nd March

                            Sunday 16th February
With neither the U17’s or U14’s able to play again due to the adverse weather conditions, the U8’s kept their winning run going with a great 2-0 win against tough opposition. Young Leo scored again, the other goal being an own goal. Man of the match was Tommy.
                            Sunday 9th February
The U8’s were in action again today, the 3G pitch really showing how useful it is in the wet weather and the young boys came away with a fantastic result, winning 8-1 with Leo scoring an amazing 5 goals and Jamie hitting a hat-trick. Even though the scoreline makes it sound like an easy win the man of the match was Harry in goal. Well played boys!
                            Saturday 8th February
Both U14 and U17 matches have been postponed again as expected due to the poor weather meaning the pitches are waterlogged.
                            Sunday 2nd February
There was no match for either the U14’s or U17’s again but the U8’s were in action on the 3G pitch at the Alex Soccer Centre and won a close-fought game 3-2 with Leo on the scoresheet yet again with 2 goals and Kane grabbing the other goal.
                            Friday 31st January
The U17’s match on Sunday has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch, it will be rearranged in due course. The U14’s do not have a match scheduled.

                            Sunday 12th January
The U14’s match away at Bradwell beat the weather today but unfortunately we probably wish it hadn’t as the boys went down to a 7-0 defeat. We had a couple of good chances early on in the match and could have been leading but we didn’t put them away and then got punished for it. Hopefully we’ll do better next weekend when the U14’s are in Cup action. Meanwhile, our U8’s started off the new year in style winning 5-2 with goals from Kane, Tommy and a hat-trick from Leo, well done boys!

The U14’s went down to a 4-3 defeat today against Audley in an end to end game. Levi got two goals and Macca F grabbed the other and was named as man of the match. Hopefully the boys can get back on the winning trail next weekend.

The U17’s match against Madeley White Star on Sunday has been postponed at our request as we are missing several players due to holidays. It will be rescheduled for later in the season.
                            Sunday 15th December
The U17’s went down to another defeat today by 4-3 away at Leek Town Predators. It was an end to end game which we were winning at one time but we just couldn’t hold on to our advantage. Hopefully the boys will come back refreshed and raring to go after the Christmas break.
                            Saturday 14th December
The U14’s were in action today against AFC Crewe Town, we were away but Crewe play at Sir William Stanier too so it felt like a home game. The boys battled hard to get a 3-3 draw with Levi scoring another hat-trick. Man of the match was Kieran W.

The U14’s beat Eccleshall 11-0 with Levi grabbing four goals which now makes him leading scorer in the League, there were six other goalscorers too underlining the great team performance. The U8’s won 7-1 with Leo scoring a hat-trick, Jamie scored twice and Kane and Logan also got on the scoresheet. The U17’s were unlucky to lose 3-2 in an end-to-end game against Silverdale, Kieran got both our goals.
                            Tuesday 3rd December
The U17’s game has been changed this Sunday. Hem Heath who we were due to play are in cup action so we have managed to arrange a match away against Silverdale Athletic, kick off will be 2pm.
                            Sunday 1st December

We have been advised that Cotes Heath FC will be unable to play our U17 fixture this weekend as they can’t get a pitch so this match has been postponed but we’ve now managed to rearrange the League match we should have played last weekend at home to Cheadle Town, kick off 10.00am for this Sunday instead.
We are also sad to announce that Toby has decided to leave the U17’s as he’s busy with A levels, his part time job and taking a Duke of Edinburgh award amongst other things and, of course, he has to travel a long way to play with us. Good luck in the future Toby.
                            Sunday 24th November

                            Sunday 10th November
The U14’s lost a tight match against Cheadle Town 3-2 today after putting up a great battling performance and leading the match at one stage. Better news for the U14’s though who got a very creditable 2-2 draw away at Cheadle Town with G and Gaz both scoring with headers.
We’re also pleased to announce that we will now be running an U8’s team who will be taking part in the 5 v 5 mini soccer at the Alex Soccer Centre. More details when we have them!

Unfortunately they crashed out with a 15-0 defeat at the hands of Blacon Youth Club who, being a year older, were much bigger and stronger than our boys who lost a couple of players due to illness before the match as well. Thanks to Blacon though for their kind hospitality providing us with a nice buffet after the match.
