Another fairly successful season for the team, finishing fourth in the League for the second successive season, again finishing behind the Soccer Centre, Crewe FC and Nantwich Corinthians. These were the teams we had to beat but unfortunately we couldn’t get results in these ‘six-pointers’ which ultimately meant we couldn’t progress higher up the table. However, we did have several exceptional victories. We beat Ruskin 14-0 and 11-0 and also hit 9 goals once and 8 goals twice. We were unlucky to be drawn against Crewe FC in the first round of the cup but hopefully we’ll be able to get some results against stronger sides next season which will help us climb the table.
