OVERSEAS TOUR – EASTER 2012 DESTINATION: VALKENBURG (SOUTHERN HOLLAND) DATE: FRIDAY 6th – TUESDAY 10th APRIL 2012 ITINERARY DAY ONE (FRIDAY 6th APRIL) Pick up in Crewe very early morning by executive coach and travel to Dover for ferry to Calais. Travel through France and Belgium (rest stops en route) to arrive at hotel in Valkenburg mid-afternoon. Evening at leisure. DAY TWO (SATURDAY 7th APRIL) Travel by coach to play friendly match in Germany (travel time less than 1 hour). Afterwards take ground tour of top club (FC Shalke/FC Cologne/PSV Eindhoven). Travel by coach back to hotel. DAY THREE (SUNDAY 8th APRIL) Travel by coach to play at tournament in Holland (11 a side), host club Rood Wit 62. All day event. Travel by coach back to hotel. DAY FOUR (MONDAY 9th APRIL) Free day to explore the local area and tourist attractions. We will have use of the coach. DAY FIVE (TUESDAY 10th APRIL) Leave hotel after breakfast for our journey home, arriving late Tuesday evening.
Hotel – the hotel will be 3 stars in Valkenburg, breakfast and 3-course evening meal included. We will include a link to the hotel as soon as we have further details of it.
