They did really well to get some good wins in their group games before progressing to the semi-final stage where they beat Nantwich Town by an amazing 9-8 on penalties! Well done boys.
The U16’s held their Player of the Year Celebration at the San Marco Restaurant, Wheelock. We will be awarded our trophy for winning the league at a presentation night in Stoke during June.
                            Thursday 2nd May
The U16’s are Champions of Division 3! They beat Stoke Redz 6-5 tonight in a nail-biting match but held on to secure victory and the precious point we needed to confirm our place at the top of the table. Well done to all the boys on a magnificent achievement.
                            Tuesday 30th April
The U13’s completed their league fixtures with a 3-0 defeat to Betley who they beat by the same scoreline just a few days ago! Overall the team will finish in midtable after a pretty consistent season.
                            Sunday 28th April
The U13’s played in the final of the Wilf Saunders Cup today at the Brittles against AFC Alsager. They put on a fantastic performance but sadly lost 4-3, well done to all the boys for their battling performance. The U16’s bowed out of the Potteries League Sub Cup losing 4-0 to Madeley White Star in a match that was closer than the scoreline shows, they can however clinch the 3rd Division title on Thursday night with a point against Stoke Redz assuming Leek win their match at Betley on Wednesday night.
                            Friday 26th April

We play Madeley White Star in the next round probably at the end of April. The U13’s have their Wilf Saunders Cup Semi-Final this Thursday evening whilst the U16’s are also in action on Thursday evening against Bradwell.
                            Sunday 7th April
The U16’s have arrived home from their tour on the Costa Brava and whilst the weather wasn’t as hot as everyone had hoped and we didn’t manage to beat the tough German opposition, a good time was had by all capped off nicely by today’s trip to Wembley to see the Alex win the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy. With the U16’s still top of their league and in the League Sub Cup and the U13’s in the Wilf Saunders Cup semi-final hopefully we shall be bringing some silverware of our own home very soon.
                            Sunday 24th March
Both our sides went down to defeats today. The U16’s played really well against First Division Audley in the 3rd round of the Sentinel Cup but lost 2-1 and the U13’s lost 4-0 against the league leader with a 100% record Alex Soccer Centre Red Dot. The U16’s will next be in action during their tour of Spain, hopefully the weather will be slightly warmer than that for today’s games!
                            Sunday 17th March
The U16’s had a fantastic result today beating Biddulph Valley, the team in second place, 4-2 to secure our place at the top of the Division. Unfortunately the U13’s game was postponed due to the poor weather. Next weekend the U16’s take on Audley in the 3rd Round of the Sentinel Cup at Sir William Stanier, please note that this game kicks off at 11.15am. The U13’s have a tricky league match against top of the table Alex Soccer Centre Red Dot.

The U16’s lost 3-0 to Audley today in the second round of the Potteries League Cup. The boys put up a good performance against a strong team who are 3rd in the First Division and have only lost one League game all season. The U13’s meanwhile had a great result in a friendly against Foley FC from Stoke beating them 8-5, Levi and Callum both bagged a couple of goals.
                            Monday 18th February
The U16’s have been drawn at home to Audley in the 3rd Round of the Sentinel Cup, we are also playing Audley in the League Cup so will get to know them very well! The match is currently scheduled for Sunday 10th March but we believe this is the date for the 3rd Round of the League Cup too so the match may have to be rearranged.
                            Sunday 17th February
Both our teams had great results today. The U16’s beat Silverdale, from Division 1, 7-2 in the Second Round of the Sentinel Cup including a hat-trick from Ellis whilst the U13’s beat Sandbach United Eagles 5-2 in a friendly with Levi grabbing another hat-trick.

                            Sunday 3rd February
We finally had some games today after all the bad weather. The U16’s had a great win 7-3 over Chesterton but the U13’s lost a close match against Betley in the League Cup 4-2 after extra time. Both sides are in cup action next weekend, the U16’s are away at Audley in the Potteries League Cup and the U13’s take on Nantwich Town in the semi-final of the Wilf Saunders Cup.
                            Sunday 27th January
Both our teams games were again called off this weekend due to the poor weather conditions. Fingers crossed we will both finally get a game next weekend!
                            Sunday 20th January
Not suprisingly both our teams fixtures were called off this weekend, the U16’s cup match has been rearranged for 10th February. Hopefully the weather will clear by next weekend, our U13’s haven’t had a game now since November!
                            Wednesday 16th January
Please note the U16’s match will now kick off at 11.30am this Sunday at Audley.
                            Sunday 13th January
Both our team’s matches were called off today due to the pitches being frozen. As the U16’s match was in the Sentinel Cup it will be rearranged shortly. Hopefully the weather will improve for next weekend.
                            Sunday 6th January
The U16’s got the New Year off to a flying start with a fantastic 9-0 win against Betley, including a hat-trick from Kieran, which keeps us top of the table. The U13’s didn’t have a fixture, we are still waiting for the League to advise us of forthcoming fixture dates.
                            Sunday 16th December
The U16’s had a great result today beating Stoke Ramblers 12-1 with Ellis hitting four goals to keep us top of the table with two games in hand. The U13’s did not play again as all games in the South Cheshire Youth League were postponed due to the state of the pitches. Both teams now have a break until after the Christmas holidays. Happy Christmas everyone!
                            Wednesday 12th December
We have been informed by Stoke Ramblers, the U16 opponents on Sunday, that the ground is situated at Wood Street, Longton ST3 5EB but that parking is only available in Speedwall Street. Kick off is at midday.
                            Sunday 9th December
Neither of our sides were in action again as all games in the South Cheshire Youth League were postponed and the U16’s game also had to be called off as the pitch was unfit. Hopefully we’ll get some games next weekend!
                            Sunday 2nd December
The U13’s match got called off at the last minute this morning as the goalmouth’s were frozen and dangerous so with the U16’s match being called off earlier in the week neither of our sides were in action. Hopefully the weather will improve so we get some games next weekend. A reminder that the U16’s match is at home but with the later kick off time of 1.30pm.
                            Tuesday 27th November
We have been informed by our U16 opponents on Sunday, Shotfields Valiants, that they are unable to raise a team so the match has been postponed. We don’t believe the League will be rearranging another game at such short notice.
                            Sunday 25th November
The U16’s had a brilliant win today 6-3 against Leek Town Predators, one of their nearest challengers at the top of the table, on a really heavy boggy pitch, a great team performance which leaves us clear at the top.
                            Saturday 24th November
We have been informed that tomorrow’s U13 game against AFC Crewe Town at Ruskin has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch. We are still hopeful that the U16’s game will go ahead as planned.
                            Sunday 18th November
The U16’s had another impressive result today beating Newcastle Rovers, of the Second Division, 7-1 in a League Cup game, we will now be away at Norton United of the 1st Division in the next round. The U13’s drew 2-2 with Stapeley in an end to end game. Both teams are back in League action again next weekend.
                            Sunday 11th November
There were good results for both our sides this weekend. There were disappointing results for both our sides today, the U16’s drew 3-3 with Stoke Redz, though they came from behind three times to secure a point and stay unbeaten in the League this season. The U13’s crashed to a 9-0 defeat against the League leaders Alex Soccer Centre Red Dot, hopefully both sides will come bouncing back with wins next weekend.
                            Sunday 28th October
The U13’s played away at Runcorn Linnets in the 3rd round of the Cheshire Minor Cup today and lost a close game 3-1, putting in a fantastic performance against strong opponents. The U16’s didn’t have a game today but both sides are back in league action next weekend.
                            Sunday 21st October

The U13’s don’t have a game now for two weekends due to the half term holiday, the U16’s have a home match next weekend at the rearranged time of 2.00pm.

The U16’s were in Cheshire Cup action today against Hillgate Boys U17’s from Stockport. The boys played fantastically, leading throughout the match only for Hillgate to snatch an equaliser in ‘Fergie time’ to draw the match 5-5. We played extra time without any further score before the match was settled on penalties and, unfortunately, our final penalty hit the bar and bounced down right on the line so we went out 5-4 on penalties. The team can be very proud of their performance against a good side a year older than us.
                            Thursday 27th September
We have been informed by the Cheshire FA that Hawker Jets are unable to field a team on Sunday for the U13’s Cheshire Cup match so we will be awarded the match. Unfortunately this means we won’t have a game but at least we’re through to the next round of the cup!

The U13’s went down 5-4 in a tight game, Levi scored another hat-trick.
Both our teams are in Cheshire Cup action next weekend so will have a break from the League fixtures.
                            Sunday 16th September

The U13’s were unlucky to lose 3-1 to Stapeley, Levi grabbed the consolation goal and also had several goals disallowed by the referee. Hopefully both teams can get a win next weekend.
Get well soon too to Ryan of the U16’s who unfortunately broke his thumb during the game and had to miss the celebratory McDonalds purchased after the game by Stewart!
                            Sunday 9th September
The U16’s started off the new season with a fantastic 7-2 win today, scoring our first goal after just 30 seconds to get life in our new league of the Potteries Junior Youth League off to a flying start. It was a really impressive performance by the lads and means we’re now top of the league, a good place to start the season off in!
The U13’s had an equally impressive win beating Nantwich Town 10-1, a brilliant result which leaves us in second place in the table on goal difference. Levi showed he hasn’t lost his scoring boots either by bagging five of the goals.
The draw has been made for the second round of the Cheshire Cup (both teams had a bye for the first round). The U13’s are playing in the Minor Cup and are away to Hawker Jets U12’s in Chester. The U16’s are home in the Youth Cup to Hillgate FC U16’s from Stockport at SWS, note the kick off will be 11.00am. Both matches are to be played on Sunday 30th September.
                            Thursday 6th September
The U13’s had a great win tonight in a pre-season friendly against Sandbach United beating them 6-3, Sandbach are a strong side so this was a very good win for the boys.
We’d also like to welcome James Wilkinson to Brookfield Rangers, he’s going to be helping out with coaching, especially with our goalkeepers, we hope he helps us progress and enjoys working with our club.
                            Sunday 2nd September
The U16’s played their first friendly of the season today at home to PSV Stone from the Potteries League Division One, the boys lost 4-1 but it was a good run out and gave us an idea of the sort of opposition we might face this season.
