This was the news as it was reported during this season:
                            Sunday 3rd July
We’ve had three teams in action at the Ellesmere Port Tournament this weekend. First, our U11’s played yesterday and reached the quarter finals only to go out on penalties. The U14’s played today, both teams got through to the next stage but met each other, the blue team won but got knocked out in the next round, again on penalties.
                            Saturday 25th June
The U11’s played at the Cheshire Blades tournament held at the Peacock, Nantwich today, they played a total of 7 games but didn’t manage to get through to the semi-finals.
                            Sunday 19th June
The U11’s were in action today at the Broadheath Central Tournament, they did well including one great result winning 4-1 but they just missed out on qualifying for the semi-finals.
                            Friday 10th June
We played a friendly against Nantwich Town tonight and did really well to beat them 7-2 which was a fantastic scoreline especially as we played two halves of 45 minutes for the first time. We’re next in action at the Ellesmere Port tournament on 3rd July.
                            Monday 6th June
The U14’s have another friendly against Nantwich Town arranged for this coming Friday, 10th June, on the astroturf at Nantwich Town FC. Further details at training this Thursday which is at the Barony from 7.00 - 8.30pm.
                            Sunday 5th June
We had two U14’s teams in action this afternoon at the Hope Farm tournament at Ellesmere Port. One of our teams progressed to the quarter finals, only being knocked out after extra time.
The U11’s played at the Market Drayton tournament. They did really well too and were unlucky to progress.
                            Saturday 4th June
We are delighted to announce that Kieran will be signing for us for next season after playing very well in several of our friendlies and at tournaments already for us. We hope he enjoys playing for us and we look forward to lots more goals from him!
                            Sunday 22nd May
We entered two teams in the Spurley Hey tournament at Stockport today, one of our teams managed to get through to the semi-final which was a great performance.
Our U11 side were also in action today with one team playing in the Sandbach United tournament, they didn’t manage to progress but had an enjoyable afternoon.
                            Friday 20th May
We played a friendly against Nantwich Town tonight and had a great win 5-2 against a strong side. We’re next in action on Sunday when we’re taking two teams to the Spurley Hey tournament in Stockport.
                            Wednesday 18th May
Please note that this week’s friendly against Nantwich Town has been put back to Friday night, kicking off at 7.30pm. Please meet in the car park at 6.50pm. A reminder that there’s no training tomorrow evening.
We have also been advised by the League that the Presentation Evening on 28th May has been called off as apparently only three other clubs plus ourselves were going along. Sorry for the disappointment. We will arrange to refund everyone as soon as we can.
                            Friday 13th May
A superb win for the boys tonight as they beat Crewe FC 1-0 to win the Championship, split B, league with a 100% record, well done everyone!
A friendly has been arranged for next Thursday, 19th May, against Nantwich Town (who play in the Potteries League) on the 3G pitch at Nantwich Town FC. Please meet in the car park there at 6.20pm.
                            Friday 6th May
We played a friendly against Market Drayton U15’s tonight and lost a good game 5-1 against a team that are a year older than ourselves. A good time was had by all as Market Drayton kindly provided a buffet in their clubhouse after the match.
Please note that next week’s match against Crewe FC has been brought forward to the Friday night, kick off at 6.30pm.

                            Sunday 1st May
Another win for the boys today as we beat Cruventus 2-1 to keep ourselves top of the Championship table! Our next game is a friendly at Market Drayton on Friday evening against their U15 side.
                            Wednesday 20th April
We finally got our League Championship fixtures underway tonight with a fantastic 7-0 win at Congleton which means we are now top of the table. Let’s hope the boys don’t eat too many Easter eggs so we can keep in pole position!
                            Thursday 14th April
Our match tomorrow against Nantwich Corinthians has been cancelled and the points awarded to us as Corinthians are unable to field a side. Our next match will now be on Wednesday at Congleton.
We are pleased to announce that we have been asked to play another friendly against Market Drayton Tigers U15’s - this will take place on Friday 6th May in Market Drayton.
                            Monday 11th April
Our match this coming Sunday against Congleton has been rearranged for Wednesday 20th April at 6.30pm. Please let Glyn or Garry know if you will have any problems getting there for that time.
                            Sunday 10th April
A great 4-0 win today against Market Drayton Tigers, played on their first team’s ground, sets us up nicely for our coming games in the new Championship competition. With it being a lovely sunny day too, a fabulous day was had by everyone.
We are hoping to rearrange next Sunday’s match at Congleton, due to the unavailability of several players, we’ll announce any details here once they’re confirmed.
                            Sunday 3rd April
We are pleased to announce that we have managed to secure a prestigious friendly next Sunday against Market Drayton Tigers, who play in the Shropshire Junior League, at Greenfields Lane, Market Drayton, kicking off at 11.00am. We need to be there at 10.15am. Further details and directions will be available at training on Thursday.
                            Saturday 2nd April
We had another good win today, beating Betley 7-0 in a friendly with Ellis grabbing a magnificent hat-trick. If we manage to arrange another friendly before our Championship games start, we’ll announce the details here.
                            Wednesday 30th March
We have managed to arrange another friendly for this coming Saturday. We will be playing Betley at 10.00am on King George Playing Fields. Please let Glyn or Garry know asap if you can’t play.
Also please note that our first game in the Championship against Nantwich Corinthians has now been moved to the Friday evening at the Georges.
                            Saturday 26th March
We had a great win over Stapeley today beating them 4-1 in a friendly. We’re looking at arranging another friendly for next weekend if possible, further details when we have them.
                            Wednesday 23rd March
Our friendly against Stapeley is now confirmed and will take place this Saturday 26th March at King George Playing Fields, kicking off at 10.00am. Further details at training but please let Glyn or Garry know asap if you can’t play.
                            Sunday 20th March
We didn’t have a League fixture today but some details have now been published by the League about the extra competition they will be running, we’ve been drawn in ‘Championship Split B’ and will be competing against Nantwich Corinthians, Crewe FC, Cruventus and Congleton and will play one match against each team. Our first fixture has been published and is against Nantwich Corinthians on Thursday 14th April, we will try and see if we can get this swapped to a Sunday game.
We are also hoping to play a friendly against Stapeley next weekend, further details will be announced once we know them.
                            Wednesday 16th March
Welcome to the players and parents of our new under 12’s side who will be playing as Brookfield Rangers next season. We’re hoping to arrange to play at some tournaments during the summer before our League campaign gets underway which will help everyone get to know each other. There will be full news about both our side’s here on the website but for now we wish all our new players good luck and we hope you enjoy being part of Brookfield Rangers.
                            Sunday 13th March
We played Nantwich Town in a friendly today and had a great win 6-4 including a hat trick from Ally. We hope to arrange some more friendlies in the coming weeks until the League confirms dates for the extra competition they are organising which we understand will be organised as two groups of five teams and should start in early April.
Best wishes to Toby who unfortunately broke his arm during training on Thursday night. Get well soon!
                            Sunday 6th March
We have finished our League fixtures but other games played today mean that we will now finish in 3rd place in the League, a fantastic achievement by the boys.
A friendly has been arranged for next weekend, Sunday 13th March, against Nantwich Town to be played at Malbank School, kick off 11.30am. Please meet in the car park of Nantwich Town FC at 11.00am as we can cut through to the pitches from there. Further details at training but please contact Glyn now if you will be unable to play.
At the manager’s meeting on Thursday, we again complained about our lack of fixtures. The League have advised us that they are hoping to run a cup competition starting around April when all the other teams in our division have finished their League games. Further details when we have them.
                            Sunday 27th February
After last weekend’s great result against Nantwich Corinthians unfortunately we couldn’t repeat the effort this weekend going down to a disappointing 3-1 defeat which also signals the end of this season’s League programme. We are awaiting further details from the South Cheshire Youth League as to what fixtures they will arrange for us over the forthcoming weeks.
                            Sunday 20th February
Another brilliant result for the boys today as they held Nantwich Corinthians to a 0-0 draw, the first time Corinthians have failed to score this season, which underlines how hard the team worked to achieve such a good result. We play Corinthians again next weekend in our last league match of the season so we’ll be hoping to go one better and get a victory.
                            Sunday 13th February
A fantastic win for the lads today as we thrashed Crewe FC 3-1 after a magnificent display in difficult conditions. Our final two fixtures of the season are both against Nantwich Corinthians which will be a stern test but, on this form, we can beat anyone!
                            Sunday 6th February
A real choker for the boys today as they went down 2-0 to the Soccer Centre with both goals coming in injury time after a magnificent performance. The League have finally put some more fixtures up so we must dust ourselves off ready to face another tricky match next weekend against Crewe FC.
                            Sunday 30th January
Unfortunately our match today was called off just before kick off due to a frozen pitch to ensure the safety of the players. No doubt this will be rearranged shortly but our next fixture will now be next weekend against the Alex Soccer Centre at the Georges again, kick off 10.00am. We’ll have to hope the weather warms up a bit by then!
                            Sunday 23rd January
A great result today as we beat Cruventus 3-0 to keep up the pressure on the top two clubs who we meet in our next two games which will be a real test for us.
                            Sunday 16th January
A disappointing result today as we went down 4-0 to Nantwich Corinthians after keeping a clean sheet until half time. Next week we face Cruventus, who haven’t won yet this season, so they’ll be keen to get a good result.
                            Tuesday 11th January
We are pleased to announce that Adam has agreed to join our squad and will be available for selection in 7 days which means his first match may be against his old side Cruventus! We hope you enjoy playing for us Adam.
                            Sunday 9th January
We were finally back in action today with our first match for over six weeks and carved out a 2-2 draw with Nantwich Town. We have a difficult match against Nantwich Corinthians next weekend so will have to hope the team is on their best form.
                            Wednesday 5th January 2011
Firstly a very happy New Year to everyone connected with our club, let’s hope it’s a successful New Year for all of us!
Finally, the League have posted details of a match for us - this Sunday we will be playing Nantwich Town at the Barony. Fingers crossed the weather finally holds up and keeps nice for us and we get to play. Unfortunately that is the only fixture that has been posted at the moment but we will keep you advised as and when the League finally decide to post a proper fixture list.
And just to keep you all guessing, the transfer window may now be open for the Premiership teams but some teams a bit closer to home may have a new signing to announce in the not to distant future....!!!!
                            Saturday 18th December
Confirmation has been received that we didn’t have a game this weekend and, in any case, all matches that were scheduled have been postponed due to the weather! Happy Christmas to all - let’s hope it’s a successful 2011.
                            Thursday 9th December
All matches have already been called off this weekend in our division so we are once again without a fixture. The League haven’t issued any more fixtures either as yet so we don’t know if we will be playing or not on 19th December which is designated as a cup weekend. We’ll keep you posted once we get any information!
                            Friday 4th December
It won’t be a surprise to learn that all fixtures have been postponed in our division this weekend so we have no game on Sunday and our next game will be next Sunday against Cruventus (weather permitting!)
                            Saturday 27th November
**Please note that we have just been advised all matches are OFF tomorrow in the South Cheshire Youth League**. The League have not given us any fixtures yet for the coming weeks but hopefully there should be a game next weekend.
                            Sunday 21st November
The boys got back to winning ways again today with a good 2-0 victory against Cruventus which also saw our first clean sheet of the season. We have another tricky match next weekend when we face Nantwich Corinthians.
                            Sunday 14th November
The boys were really unlucky to go down 3-2 to Crewe FC today after twice coming back to bring the scores level, let’s hope for better luck next weekend when we play Cruventus.
                            Sunday 7th November
Another great win for the lads today as we beat Nantwich Town 5-3 to go joint second in the table and put us in good heart for the tricky match next weekend against Crewe FC.
                            Sunday 24th October
A great result for the lads today as we beat Cruventus 5-1 including another goal for TJ! We haven’t got a match next weekend, our next League match being against Nantwich Town the following weekend.
                            Monday 18th October
Please note the League have changed the venue for next weekend’s game, it will now be played at the Barony, kick off remains at 10.00am.
                            Sunday 17th October
A great performance by the team today but we were unlucky to lose 3-0 to the Soccer Centre with all the goals coming in the last ten minutes. Next weekend we are playing Cruventus at Shavington School.
                            Friday 14th October
Please note that the League have postponed our scheduled match against Nantwich Corinthians on 31st October so we now have a free weekend.
                            Sunday 10th October
A fantastic win for the boys today as we crushed last season’s League runners-up 4-1 with a brilliant all-round team display, every one of our boys can feel very proud of their performance today. Next weekend we have another difficult game against the Soccer Centre but we can go into the match very confidently after today’s display.
                            Sunday 3rd October
A fantastic win for the boys today as we defeated Nantwich Town 7-2, unfortunately the weather was absolutely abysmal with torrential rain throughout but we managed to battle through it and get the win we deserved. Next weekend we have another difficult game, this time against Crewe FC.
                            Monday 27th September
Please note that this Sunday’s game has been moved to Shavington School, pitch 3. The kick off time remains at 10.00am.
                            Sunday 26th September
We played Nantwich Corinthians in the first round of the League Cup today but, although we played quite well, lost 6-2 to a very strong Corinthians side to end our cup interest for the season. At least we can concentrate on the League now!
Please note that training on Thursday’s will now be on pitch 3 at the Soccer Centre (next to the pitch used last week), still at the same time from 7.00-8.00pm.
                            Sunday 19th September
Unfortunately we have to report that today’s match against Cruventus didn’t take place. We arrived in good time at King George pitch 7 as scheduled to find that the League had arranged our fixture to take place on a pitch that doesn’t exist! After waiting around for ages to see if another pitch became available we had no choice but to come home. We apologise to everyone for this farcical situation which was obviously totally beyond our control, we’ve sent a strongly worded complaint to the League and any response will be detailed on here.
                            Sunday 12th September
We played our first League match of the season today against last season’s champions the Alex Soccer Centre, putting on a good display before eventually losing 3-1 after taking the lead in the first half.
Please note that training is now at the Soccer Centre on Thursday nights from 7.00-8.00pm.
                            Tuesday 7th September
The fixtures for the new season have now been published - we start by playing the champions, the Soccer Centre, for the third season in a row as our first game! This season the League has been split into two divisions, we will play in Division One but as it only has six teams there will be fewer games (we play each side three times we believe).
We played Knights tonight in a friendly and won 5-2 with another hat-trick from Ellis.
During the close season we also played Betley, beating them 12-0 including an amazing 7 goals from Ellis and Crewe Hornets, beating them 13-0 with Ellis again on the score sheet with 4 goals and Ally getting a hat-trick.
We also played at the Kidsgrove Tournament, unfortunately we didn’t manage to retain the trophy we won last season but we did really well to reach the final, being very unlucky to  lose to a goal in the last minute.
We would like to welcome Ellis, Lewis and Ryan to our team. Ellis has already scored a lot of goals for us in our friendlies and we hope he manages to score a few in the League too! We hope all three of you enjoy being part of our team.
We are sorry to announce that Rhys has decided to give up playing football after breaking his arm during the summer holidays, Rhys has been part of our team since the beginning and we wish him all the best as he concentrates on his musical pursuits.
We’re also very sorry that Dom and Connor are leaving us, we thank them for some great performances over the last couple of seasons and wish them both the best of luck for the future.
